SocialG FAQ

Straight answers about what SocialG does, what it does not do, and how it removes most of the manual work behind creating content.

The basics

What is SocialG?

SocialG is an AI-powered content creation studio. It covers the full workflow in one place: storing your brand context, building a strategy, planning a month ahead, generating reels, carousels and talking-head videos, auto-editing them with your visual presets, scheduling to Instagram, and reading the results.

What is SocialG not?

It is not a growth guarantee and not an agency. It does not promise followers, reach or customers. It removes the manual work and the decision fatigue around the process. What you publish, and how it performs, stays your call.

Who is it for?

Solo entrepreneurs, freelancers and small business owners who want clients through content but are not social media experts and do not have a team, an editor or hours a day to spend.

Do I need to know how to edit video?

No. You pick a visual preset once, colors, fonts, caption style, cuts, zooms, music and B-roll rules, and every new piece is edited with it automatically. You approve instead of editing from scratch, and you do not need an external video editor.

What do I need to get started?

A free account and about twenty minutes to fill in your Brand Book (what you do, who you talk to, your tone, your content pillars). Everything you create afterwards starts from that context.

How it saves time

Where does the time actually go today?

For most people it is spread across four things: deciding what to post, writing it, editing the video or carousel, and publishing on schedule. Each of those usually lives in a different tool, so a large part of the time is spent moving files and context between them.

How much of the work is automated?

Roughly 90% of the production and editing work. The plan, the script, the captions, the cuts, the zooms, the on-screen text and the B-roll placement are generated from your presets and your library. Editing still happens, it takes minutes instead of an evening.

How does planning a month ahead help?

You decide once, in one sitting, instead of thirty times. The planner grid gives every slot a format, a topic and a purpose, so on any given day there is no blank page, only the piece that is already assigned.

What does analysing viral posts do for me?

Any post you paste is broken down into a reusable template: its topic, its hook and its structure are saved separately into your own library, with a short plain-language breakdown of why it works. You start from something proven instead of guessing.

Does it help with overthinking?

That is the point of presets and the plan. When the format, the visual style and the topic are already decided, the only thing left is to record and approve. Fewer open decisions per post means less stalling.

Cost and what it replaces

What does SocialG cost?

One subscription at $1 a day, billed monthly. Registration is free and includes access to the community.

What does it replace?

A typical stack is a planner, an AI writing tool, a graphics tool, a video editor, a scheduler and an analytics tool. Separately those usually add up to $100-$300 per month, and an external video editor pushes it far higher. Here they are parts of one platform.

Why does one platform matter more than the price?

Because context does not survive the handoffs. When your brand voice, your templates, your plan and your visual style live in one system, every step reuses them automatically. With six tools you re-explain your brand every single time.

SocialG vs AI chats

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT gives you text in a chat window. It has no permanent brand context, no content plan, no template library, no video editing, no scheduling and no analytics. In SocialG your Brand Book is the standing context for every generation, and the output continues into a plan, an edited video and a scheduled post.

How is it different from Claude or Gemini?

Same structural difference. They are general-purpose assistants that produce a draft; SocialG is a workflow that produces a finished, edited, scheduled post consistent with everything you published before.

How is it different from Perplexity?

Perplexity is a research and answers engine. SocialG also analyses what performs in your niche, but it keeps the findings as reusable templates in your own library and turns them into content.

Could I just build my own workflow out of AI tools?

You can, and many people try. The cost is the assembly and the maintenance: prompts to re-paste, brand context to repeat, files to export and re-import, and a visual style to rebuild by hand on every piece. SocialG is that assembly, already done.

Community and current phase

What is the community?

A group of other people building their business through content, included with your account. It is also where support runs, so questions, answers and product updates stay in one place.

Are there live calls?

Yes, we run weekly calls from the early phase, and we will keep running them as the community grows.

What is the pre-launch phase?

The pre-launch price is $25/month and stays locked for life for everyone who joins during this phase. The regular price after pre-launch is $50/month.

Which platforms are supported?

Instagram is connected directly for scheduling and analytics. Content produced in SocialG can be published anywhere manually, and more platforms follow.

Is my content and data mine?

Yes. Your Brand Book, templates, media and generated content belong to you. Your connected Instagram account can be disconnected from the platform at any time.
